Valor Middle School is located in Woodburn, Oregon and is one of 12 schools in Woodburn School District 103. It is a public school that serves 650 students in grades 06-08. Presently our student enrollment is made up of 74 percent Hispanic, 10 percent Caucasian, 13.8 ethnically Russian and 2.2 percent "other".

Valor Middle School made AYP in 2010. Under No Child Left Behind, a school makes Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) if it achieves the minimum levels of improvement determined by the state of Oregon in terms of student performance and other accountability measures.

My son blossomed at Valor, going from a shy child with few friends to a happy, well-adjusted boy. His homework is challenging, he gets to study two languages, and he participates in music and sports. The school has a welcoming environment and great teachers and staff. Our children are very lucky!
